It looks like this is a result of this patch: http://git.sv.gnu.org/gitweb/?p=lilypond.git;a=commitdiff;h=91204189bfd1738b4367715e98f504ce07fe4c61 Han-Wen probably just forgot to change lily/stencil-scheme.cc. It should of course be interpreted in degrees, not radians.
