Issue 357: -dbackend=eps gives too-small bounding box with \slurDashed

using \slurDashed
the eps file has %%BoundingBox: 28 -106 567 -25
the second has   %%BoundingBox: 28 -108 567 -25 

%{  slur is clipped with -dbackend=eps, but not if \slurDashed is commented
out%
