This is surprising: I thought nested includes were allowed in C...
If I remember correctly, quite a few languages allow nested includes though
(particularly interpreted web-oriented languages such as PHP, ASP,...)
Another idea: could the --include flag be specified through a ly:set-option in
the
input file? And what if several include directories are needed? Besides, can the
include flag accept a relative path (relative to the input file directory,
which can
differ from the current directory when the command is launched)?
