I would also love to be able to use RGB colors in Lilypond, mainly 
because MusicXML
defines colors in RGB, so musicxml2ly would need to convert them to x-colors
(HOW???). Allowing arbitrary RGB (or even better ARGB with alpha 
channel) would
make life a lot easier for me.
