It's already now linked both from www.lilypond.org -> About and www.lilypond.org -> Documentation, just next to the email address to use for bug reporting. Since you have to look at these places anyway to find the email address to use, I would say that it already is well advertized, but apparently you haven't seen it, so I may be wrong. /Mats
