Maybe to fully understand your problem we should first substitute the
ocurrences of the word "download" by the more correct "install". I'm
sure you have been able to download it but unable to install it.
Because of the successful downloading, you should not be scared about
uninstalling, as you always can install it again. In windows, do not
use the recycle bin to uninstall programs. Installed programs have
more in your hard disk than merely files and folders.
