Sorry, none of your "solutions" are solutions. Only a split stem,
which is
more or less standard, or a bracket will do, because you must have an accidental
between the note heads. Just use a bracket, or a zero tuplet bracket
to mark
any impossible mess which must be played simultaneously. daveA
