I hope you know that the documentation is going through a a major 
revision for the
moment. To see the latest version of this revised manual, please take a 
look at the
documentation for version 2.11 (almost all of it is relevant also for 
version 2.10).
The corresponding section in that manual shows how to workaround the
problem:
