OK. Mmm, let me see...
Can you follow these steps:
- create a new .ly file
- create only two staves
- copy only two measures of your score ( or put some random notes)
- add lyrics (one stave with divisi lyrics, the other without).
- add your override
- copy this code in a mail
- send this mail to the bug-lilypond list, not just to myself (so it
can be archived).
Then I'll either tell you how to correct it, or fill a bug-report on
the tracker.
