Issue 649: Accidentals on tied notes across a break not valid for full bar
length

Comment #2 by n.puttock:
Here are a few examples:
1. Beethoven: Hammerklavier, Adagio sostenuto (UE)
2. Brahms: 4th Symphony, 1st movement (Breitkopf & Härtel)
3. Debussy: Nocturnes, Fêtes (Fromont)
I have several more, if you're interested. :)
A quick check found two exceptions:
A modern engraving (Eulenberg) of Stravinsky's Symphony in C, which doesn't
bother
printing cautionary accidentals across breaks; and a Peters edition of Debussy's
Préludes which uses exhibits the same behaviour as lily, except the accidentals
on
the tied notes are parenthesized.
