Issue 668: Regression: Strange behavior of Win32 command-line invocation
http://code.google.com/p/lilypond/issues/detail?id=668
New issue report by v.villenave:
As reported by some users (and reproduced in a vm), LilyPond's behavior
when using command-line invocation on Windows has changed with version
2.11.57.
Nothing is displayed in the console when invoking lilypond (though it works
silently); moreover, when issuing 'lilypond' using a different terminal
emulator (such as LilyPondTool's Console), a Command window briefly appears
whereas it didn't with previous versions.
