I've been delaying this report for a few weeks since I had neither
Windows or LaTeX installed; today I've installed both and tried to
reproduce your problem, but I can't even run lilypond-book (I guess it
doesn't find LaTeX, though I've added it to the PATH variable).

Any clue?
