Issue 668: Regression: LilyPond broken on Win32

Comment #2 by v.villenave:
2.11.58 is out; now both the command-line invocation and the
icon-click-thingy are
broken on Win32, making the app simply unusable no matter how. (And of
course,
lp-book is affected too.)
For the record, it complains that it cannot find "ice-9/boot-9.scm" (though
the path
variable is correctly configured by the nsis installer).
Since nothing has been changed in gub, there might be some C++
incompatibility or
platform-specific code (or even a silly backslash/slash path) somewhere?
