Great -- but what happens if (using the traditional open source
phrase) you get hit by a bus?  Well, I suppose that you'll have
bigger concerns at the time...  but still, it would be nice if we
didn't rely on one person's memory.

Besides, other people don't have access to your memory.  Including
all info in the initial report makes sure that other people can
get "up to speed" on any particular bug.

Except that this whole thread started because one person wasn't
certain if the bug had been fixed or not.

I know that creating + uploading a .png is annoying and takes two
minutes, but IMO it's worth it for pretty much every issue.
