AW: Error in Documentation "1.4 Music representation"?

Ok, i see.
But directly before the first occurence of the simultaneous notes it says
"Chords can be constructed..." and what follows is---at least with my Debian
version 2.10.33---only achieved with single angle brackets. Using double
brackets results in three staffs with the corresponding notes.
Regarding the tutorial: I actually started with the tutorial and I was confused
as I read the introduction afterwards because I was thinking "Hey wait, this is
supposed to be a chord but written with << >>. Perhaps this is some tweaking or
error stemming from earlier versions' notation?" That's why I posted.

Cheers,
Christian

It's not a *chord*; it's just notes occuring simultaneously.
Err... that will make sense later, once you've read the tutorial.

Others: I detest LM 1.4. It always confuses people -- and worse,
it confuses the people who are seriously trying to understand
lilypond. People who just jump into the tutorial don't have this
problem.

- Graham
