If I'm not mistaken, these build errors occur when using makeinfo
--html.  Since texi2html (currently the latest CVS version) is now
being used to build the documentation, these errors do not cause
compilation to fail.  Using makeinfo --html will be deprecated in the
future, so I would highly recommend adding texi2html to LilyPond's
dependency list.
