Confusing start for newcomers on Windows

I know this has been discussed before, but I cannot find the bug in the tracker.
I've just tested a fresh install of 2.11.62 in Windows XP.
I know how to process an input file and to ignore lilypad editor. But
the installation still makes lilypad to be launched when clicking on
the LilyPond desktop icon or in the Start menu. This is what new users
are going to do, undoubtedly.

So, lilypad opens with a file with very outdated directions, even
more, they are not true at all.

- the file name is Welcome_to_LilyPond.ly but this name is lost on the
save dialog when you follow the first direction "Save this file on the
desktop". So the user does not know that the file has to be named
Welcome_to_LilyPond.ly for the next directions to have sense.

So, point 1) has to be changed to "Save this file on the Desktop with
the name test.ly" or whatever.

- Accordignly, point 4) has to say the user to open the PDF named as
he or she did name the input file.

- The input itself has a deprecated syntax: \relative { c d e f g a b
c } does not include a reference pitch as the first argument of
\relative.

- Then, the \version statement reads 2.10.0 which has to be changed
before 2.12, say, to the current actual version for example.

Thanks. I'm afraid I cannot find the source code in my tree, nor the
bug in google code (if it exists)
