LOL -- you don't need to actually type "do" ;-)

If you have a closer look at the web page, you'll see that "do" and
"sh" are not printed in the same font:

"DO <sh lilypond-*.sh> IN A COMMAND WINDOW"

Maybe we'd better replace "do" with "type" in the instructions?
