On the download page http://lilypond.org/web/install/ , most downloads in
section "Download LilyPond 2.13 -- development branch" are dead.
For example, the Windows link points to http://lilypond.org/web/install/@v2.13-
mingw-URL@ , which is dead. Should this link point to http://
download.linuxaudio.org/lilypond/binaries/mingw/lilypond-2.13.0-0.mingw.exe
instead?
