Chord (suffix) typography

1. The chord suffixes should not be scaled (see attachment). The
weight of the smaller character gets too light if it is simply scaled
down from the original font. A correctly weighed glyph is needed.

2. If raised, the suffix should be top-aligned with the preceding characted.

3. The sharps should be centered and the flats should be aligned with
the baseline (Or something done in general, the sharps and flats look
out of place). The size, weight and alignment should be better. The size
should be about the size of the letter.

I found an example of top-aligned chords from Gardner Reads Music
Notation, page 411 (it didn't fit as an attachment). It has also a flat for comparison.

Also, in my preference the default chords should be the same type as
lyrics (serif). It is not good to mix sans and serif for no apparent reason.
