If you want them numbered, you can combine this e.g. with the counter:
http://lsr.dsi.unimi.it/LSR/Item?id=543

E.g. this will print  "Beispiel 1:" etc.
piece = \markup { Beispiel \concat{\counter #"beispiel":} }
