HTML produced by texi2html 1.82 contains unnecessary things like a bgcolor
for the <body> tag. We overwrite that with CSS, but it would be nice if we
fixed texi2html such that it didn't produce this at all.
(this is really a texi2html bug, but it requires action from somebody on
our side to file proper bug reports and/or send patches to them, and it
arose from comments about our website)
