This bug is easily fixed in postprocess_html.py, but I don't see why you  
want to
produce both a splitted and a non-splitted version of this manual, as there  
is
roughly only one node with real contents, so I propose to revert this  
change unless
you give a solid ground; the broken link from the web site should be fixed  
in another
way IMO.  Do you have in mind something like putting together Changes since  
2.12,
2.10, 2.8 together into a single Texinfo document?

BTW why do we need to discuss broken links buglets on the issues tracker?
