lilypond-book in releases 2.13.6 and .7 fails on Windows with

ImportError: No module named time

This appears to be due to time.dll being omitted from LilyPond/usr/bin.
Copying time.dll from an earlier release, eg 2.13.4-1, fixes the problem.
