Could the "large single HTML" sizes also include the images?  i.e. if I  
click on the
link, how much bandwidth will I use?

Recommended method: load page, do "save as complete webpage" (AFAIK firefox  
and
safari do this), then check the size of the resulting folder.

Also, could the same be done for the Contributor's Guide, in
Documentation/web/community.itexi ?

(I'm leaving the "fixed_2_13_9" for now)
