Windows 7, Dual Core 2.2 GHz, 3GB ram.
Fifteen-plus minutes to uninstall LATEST VERSION of LilyPond (reinstalling fresh). 
Just to delete files???

Intolerably slow.

What more information can I give to be helpful?
