New issue 972 by pnorcks: SVG backend: related grobs should be grouped
together with <g> tags
http://code.google.com/p/lilypond/issues/detail?id=972
As of 2.13.4, <g> tags are only used to (a) rotate one or more grobs, or
(b) colorize one or more grobs.
Ideally, "related" grobs (e.g. NoteHead+Stem, BarLine+SpanBar+BarLine)
should be grouped too. This facilitates editing SVG images with Inkscape.
Due to the nature of Stencil output, some postprocessing would be necessary.
