It would be incorrect, technically, to say that SVG files have resolution.

However, we could use -dresolution to scale the values of the viewBox  
attribute to
change the initial "zoom" level of the SVG file.  This is what I had in  
mind.

Though we could create another -d option, it would be easier to reuse  
-dresolution
and document that its behavior is different for the SVG backend.
