Some manual tweaking of files (i.e. target = 'v2.12.3-2') in test-lily/ is
required to upload a build of -2 or higher.  Find+fix.

Also, a more general framework for rebuilding + uploading  specific
portions would be nice... i.e. "rebuild docs" or "test-output" or "mingw".
