Oh, I see.  Sorry, I didn't realize what \cueDuring did.

Hmm.  Could we change the text to "... This note should not be tied
to the 2nd visible note." ?  and maybe even specify that cues from  
different voices
may result in a tie if they are right next to each other?  I think this  
regtest could
/ should be more clear about what it is, and isn't, testing.
