I hope that you realize that 2.11.65 is an UNSTABLE, DEVELOPMENT
release not suitable for end-users. Normal users should be
engraving with lilypond 2.12.3.
That said, the vertical spacing has been changed a lot in 2.13;
you will probably find that 2.13.11 is a lot better. However,
this is still an UNSTABLE, DEVELOPMENT version. There are known
bugs which were introduced since 2.12.3. If you try it and
encounter a bug, please check to see if we already know about the
bug before reporting it.
