bug squad: checking regtests

It's been a few days since 2.13.16 was released.  Have all bug
squad members checked the regtest comparison?

I ask because I wrote down a list of 3 regtests that looked broken
to me before releasing 2.13.16, but I thought this would be a nice
test.  :)


Remember, I'm not at all likely to remember to check the regtest
comparisons myself.  Don't rely on me to do the proper thing --
and also don't rely on each *other* to do the proper thing.  If we
have 4 people who try to remember to check the regtests for each
release (you 3, plus me), then we have a hope of catching
regressions when they're easier to fix.

If you want to recruit more people to help, I'm all for that!  It
only takes 1-2 minutes to check the comparison, after all.
