Technically, this is not at all invalid. The 2.13.16 release contained this
regression. The regression is believed to be fixed in 2.13.17. So we mark
it fixed
and add the tag.
When I release 2.13.17, we definitely want the bug squad to verify that
this issue is
fixed -- maybe some other change to git after this point in time will cause
the bug
to reappear. The bug squad should **never** be asked to do anything with
git; their
only interaction with lilypond should come from the downloaded binaries.
(ok, if somebody is doing development as well, I won't object to them
testing a few
issues using a locally-built binary. But in general, bug squadders are
acting as
normal users)
