Based on the 2.13 doc as that is all that I have at this time:

Seems to be the most appropriate place, although possibly

The section specifically on Rehearsal marks

doesn't really cover any of this although if people think it is worth it I  
could
reference one of the two in the 'rehearsal mark' section?
