I'd prefer this to be done sooner than later, but I'm not
the one for the job.  It looks like the final texi2html
release is imminent* and we don't want to miss it.  Would
anyone like to volunteer?

*texi2html is now part of texinfo (in CVS at least) and once
 the final texi2html version is released, the new version of
 texinfo should follow:
 http://lists.nongnu.org/archive/html/texi2html/2010-03/msg00003.html
