I really, really doubt that anybody is going to volunteer.
*shrug*
Our texi2html init file is a complete mess, but it's no worse than any
other part of
our build system. We have collectively decided that it's easier to live
with the
mess. Cleaning up the build system would take dozens, if not hundreds, of
hours.
I'm not certain that it's *bad* that we've decided not to do anything about
it.
