I am still not convinced this talk about things that are not part of the
vertical
alignment group, makes sense. In the calculation of real (non-pure)
spacing between
systems, based on skylines (not bounding boxes), which happens in
Page_layout_problem, we enumerate the elements based on the vertical
alignment group,
exactly the same way the current part_of_line_pure_height() does it: see
Page_layout_problem::append_system().
