Woah, wait a moment -- I'm not being responsible for this issue!  We now  
use the
"owner" to indicate "yes, I am working on it".

(there's still tons of old issues that have me or Valentin as owner when we  
shouldn't
be, but we don't even have enough bug squad members to turn bug reports  
into issues
in less than a week, so there's no point discussing an overview/fixing of  
all issues)
