Scans from Funk's Harmonia Sacra and Walker's Christian Harmony are  
attached. I do not
presently have Swan's book in my possession so cannot post scans of that.

I would really like to do the work myself but am afraid that it would take  
me months to
get it done. I don't have internet access very often these days and do not  
currently
have Linux installed on any of my boxes. (And I shudder to think of doing  
much
development in Windows.)
