BUG? (+ workaround) \change Staff produces wrong stem lengths (2.13.22)

Hi all,


in the following snippet, the stem lengths differ considerably for a 
single voice context changed to the upper staff. The problem only occurs 
if the staff is switched to the lower staff again on the following note.
A workaround is to create a temporary new Voice context, but I think 
this is actually a bug. Opinions?
