Comment #16 on issue 1060 by Carl.D.Sorensen: Add Funk-style shape note heads
http://code.google.com/p/lilypond/issues/detail?id=1060

Here are revised Walker and Funk note head samples (currently Walker and Funk share sol and fa notes).

I've made it so the Walker whole notes don't change, depending on the stem direction for an equivalent half
note.

I have *not* made the Walker do head keep the same orientation at all times, because the samples of music
I've seen so far don't do that. This change can be easily made if desired.

I have made the sol note a bit more elliptical and less angular. I've also made it the same height as the other
shape notes (it used to be a bit taller).

All the notes are currently the same width. James (who reset the Harmonia Sacra) made the mi heads a little bit wider as a way of getting the head to not appear optically smaller. Would you like me to explore that
option?

Do you like the variable thickness lines in the heads? Previous discussion on the Southern Harmony heads indicated that nearly everybody preferred the variable thickness lines to the thin lines.
