Looks very good to me.

I do have one question -- do we ever want to push original contributors to
make Tiny Examples?  This chapter seems to take the responsibility away from
the contributor and put it on the Bug Squad.  This is a bit of a change in
policy, but may be a good change in policy, if we have enough resources for
the Bug Squad.
