I want somebody to look at:
  http://lilypond.org/website/windows.html
and remove any versions of windows that lilypond does not work on.

If you want to take a random guess that it won't work on NT, I'm entirely  
comfortable pushing such a patch.  Ditto for ME.

If you want to claim that it doesn't work on 2000 or above, I'd feel better  
if you actually tested it instead of just claiming it.  But for earlier  
stuff, let's not bother testing it.

Yes.  And in case you're wondering, of course I knew about this issue all  
this time.
