No, min-systems-per-page still works, but it won't be as good at finding  
solutions if the constraints are very strange (the regression tests still  
work, though).

It would certainly be possible to keep the list version of page-count, but  
it isn't completely trivial. If you really think it would be useful, I'd  
suggest opening another issue as a feature request.
