http://code.google.com/p/lilypond/issues/detail?id=1123 I doubt it. Jan bumped fontforge for woff fonts after 2.13.23. The mingw build's also broken.I had similar artefacts showing up recently when I started compiling fontforge unless I configured with --enable-double.
