IE 7 apparently needs some special CSS handling.  I remember seeing  
something about that in old doc CSS stuff, but I can't remember if we  
included them in the new website css or not.

Attached is an example of the new website's appearance in IE 7.  It came  
from somebody looking at our website in a library, so "update your version  
of ie" isn't a possible fix.
