Cool, we are already using one for html output...

I suspect a .bst problem...

As we are using our own .bst file to create the html directly, we don't need 
any latex escape sequences (or rather, since we don't call latex on the 
output, any escape sequences will break)...
How hard would it be to replace all escape sequences in the .bst?
