I'm working on this one right now.

Since the Windows LilyPad is a fork of the Wine Notepad, we should just  
keep the same license, right?  That is, LGPL 2.1 or later.

I'm not too concerned about what goes in the about box, but attached is my  
current incarnation (as it looks with Wine).
