It is indeed maybe correct from a dev point of view...
But now as what user expects!
If I have one "Allegro" and then another "Allegro" I want *both* to
be printed! I don't care if the MIDI tempo is not changed.

PS: As "enhancement request" I would suggest MetronomeMark (as well as
Metronome_mark_engraver) to be renamed into TempoMark, since it
should be now far more often used for textual tempo indications
than for metronome. But maybe I should wait for the GLISS to
suggest that?
PPS : It would also be cool if we could \override separately the
"textual tempo" and the metronome indication (to make them of
different size for instance). ;-)
