No, these are unchanged, though the spacing is better in 2.13 since
hairpins used to collide with text spans.
The issue here isn't the DynamicTextSpanner; it's the code which
spaces a hairpin depending on the objects found at its bounds. Short
of brute-force shifting or increasing the minimum length, the only
tweak available to the user is 'bound-padding. Since 'bound-padding
can't be specified for an individual bound (it applies the same
padding at the start and end of the hairpin), its usefulness is
limited.
